I was asked if it was an emergency and I said "no", I would be home all day. I was given a window of 10:00 to 13:00, and Ron showed up at 10:00 sharp.He wasted no time, in twenty minutes I had new springs and he also lubed the chain and checked other hardware. Ron also reduced the motor power because the brand new springs required less. Ron knew what he was doing and did it efficiently. That is what look for in a service provider. The price was as quoted.
